As the special transmission assembly of concrete pump truck, the transfer box of boom pump truck is the key part of its power transmission device. When the concrete pump truck works, the power of the car engine is transferred to the transfer box through the transmission, and then transferred to the hydraulic pump or chassis rear axle after the transfer box is switched.
When the pumping command is sent, the pneumatic solenoid valve controls the cylinder of the transfer box to push the fork, which then pushes the release gear to switch to the pumping position, and cuts off the power to the rear axle, so that the car is in the parking state. On the contrary, switch to the driving position. So its performance index directly affects the working quality of the whole pump truck.
